Our family-run accomodtion is located in a quiet location, right next to the Lechnerberg ski slope with a beautiful view of the Kitzsteinhorn mountain. Both the town center and the bus stop for the transfer to the glacier cableway and the surrounding ski lifts can be reached in just a few minutes.

The Zell am See – Kaprun region offers top ski areas for all ski&snowboard levels with guarantee snow conditions. Cross-country fans will be delighted by the many cross-country ski trails just minutes away from our guesthouse.

After a pleasant day on the mountains, you can end your day in the in-house sauna or in the TAUERN SPA Kaprun. There you will find a large SPA facility, which invites you to relax and feel good.

Summer holidays in the Apart Pension Kappacher

Numerous sights and hikes trails in and around Kaprun – Zell am See are waiting for you and promise you a varied summer holiday. Recreation seekers will find relaxation in the region. Adventure-hungry, however, will find countless opportunities for exciting outdoor activities to choose from.

  • The location is very good, at the end of one skibus which takes you to the ski slope from Kaprun (Maiskogel). From there you can take the bus to The Glacier or to Zell am See. There are some nice restaurants nearby, but even if they are close, a car is nice because of the steep hill where the pension is located.
    The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is large (but it was a surprise not to find soap) and the clean lady came every day. The breakfast is good and the WiFi works ok. The view is stuning. You can see the Glacier and the whole valley from your room. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

  • Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Skipiste und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Familie ist sehr nett und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
